The National Career Development Centre Association (NACDA Malaysia) is a leading professional network dedicated to advancing career development in Malaysian higher education institutions (IHLs). Formerly known as the Career Development Centre Club (CDCC Malaysia), NACDA Malaysia was inspired and recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), an agency under the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia.

As the voice of university career practitioners, NACDA Malaysia plays a crucial role in advocating for policies, initiatives, and industry collaborations that enhance graduate employability and workforce readiness. We serve as a platform for career development professionals to upskill, exchange best practices, and strengthen career services within universities. By fostering close collaboration between academia, industry, and government bodies, NACDA Malaysia ensures that students are well-prepared for the ever-evolving job market.

Since its establishment on 3 October 2017, NACDA Malaysia has grown from an initial network of 8 Premier Digital Tech Universities and 5 Preferred Digital Tech Polytechnics to a thriving community of 30 universities across Malaysia. As we continue to expand, we remain committed to empowering career practitioners, enhancing student career readiness, and shaping the future of talent development in Malaysia.
